Exploring the Gesvres river

The Gesvres river is a right-bank tributary of the Erdre river and consequently a sub-tributary of the river Loire. On the first of July, I went there on exploration with my inflatable kayak.

The photographing experience was quite enjoyable : Being just above the water and holding my camera with a 150-600mm attached was really fun.
I saw plenty of herons, moorhens, thrushes and also dragonflies and yellow water-lilies.
